Commercial Fire Restoration - Smithfield, RI

SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island was called to a commercial fire over the weekend in Smithfield, RI. As you can tell, after the fire had been put out, much of the insulation and soot from the ceiling tiles had broken off onto the basement stairs. While we certainly understand that invasive nature of smoke and soot, we could not take this specific damage lightly. Our technicians removed the carpeting and dry wall on the side of the stairs. Although we understand the hardships associated with any commercial loss, we made it our number one priority to include our customer in our decision making process. The end result was very pleased customer!
