This bar/hall suffered major water damage following a burst pipe. When we arrived there was a significant amount of water, we began the extraction process and now we're onto the removal process. We'll make this water damage "Like it never even happened."

Check out this flooded basement in Cumberland, RI. This picture was taken immediately after we removed the main section of the carpeting. As you can tell, the flooding also made it several inches up the wall!

This was a broken pipe, recovered by one of our own technicians after arriving to a water loss in Harrisville, RI. When pipes freeze and then thaw, the buildup of water causes the pipe to burst.

Frozen Television!

SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island was recently called to a house fire in North Providence, Rhode Island. After the fire had been extinguished, several electronics in the home actually began forming icicles. As you can see in the photo, the bottom of the television looks like a popsicle!

Stained Ceiling

This was the aftermath of an ice dam from a Providence home in February. Notice the extent of the damage. The water had accumulated and stained the entire left side of the ceiling. Our crews worked to remove the infected area and made the situation, "Like it never even happened."

All Green Everything

Air movers are used in water damage restoration to enhance evaporation at the surface level, thereby reducing drying time. As airflow at the surface level increases, the moisture in the air increases. This moisture is then eliminated via the use of dehumidification equipment.

Pipe Burst in Lincoln Building

This flood was a result of a broken pipe in a Lincoln building. Overnight, the owner's of the building failed to leave the heat on. Temperatures reached a low and the pipe burst. The next day, SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island was called to come in and make the situation, "Like it never even happened."

That's a lot of Carpet!

SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island understands the complexity behind water damages. Although it may not be obvious to the naked eye, whenever water invades a carpet, it seeps through to the base and leaves the area susceptible to mold growth. In this photo, we have completed one of the many steps in removing the source and initiating the drying process.

Wet Insulation? Not a Problem in North Providence, Rhode Island

A home in North Providence experienced a water damaged that trickled down into the basement and soaked the walls insulation. Upon conducting a water moisture reading, our crew proceeded to then remove the wall and all of the soaked insulation that had the potential to develop clusters of mold.

Drying Equipment

After a flood, SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island was called to a home where the water had intruded the home's floorboards. In order to try and remediate the problem, our crews located the wet point and used advanced drying equipment to extract the water.

Entire Carpet Removed and Area Dried

SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island removed all of the carpeting that had been soaked from a rainstorm in the main classroom of a school in Smithfield, RI. We then placed the necessary drying equipment to make the flood, "Like it never even happened."

This is a photo of the wood inside of a Smithfield home that experienced quite a bit of water damage. As you can see, the wood is severely rotted, paving the way for a plethora of potential issues that WOULD have affected the owner if it were not taken care of. Our crews removed the wood and assured the family that there was nothing to worry about.
